Credit help for Stuart and Martin County
We work with clients in Stuart and across Martin County remotely, so you get the same service as clients near our Port St. Lucie base. We review all three credit reports, dispute items that are inaccurate or can't be verified, track every response, and send you monthly updates.
Protecting your credit from identity theft
Accounts you never opened are one of the most stressful things to find on a credit report. Some of the strongest protections are free, and you can set them up yourself:
- Credit freeze: free by federal law at Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. A freeze stops most new creditors from seeing your report, so a thief can't easily open accounts in your name. You can lift it when you need to apply for something.
- Fraud alert: placing one with any one bureau tells lenders to verify your identity. It's shared with the other two. An initial alert lasts one year. Identity theft victims can get an extended alert that lasts seven years.
- Report it: IdentityTheft.gov from the FTC walks you through a recovery plan and creates an identity theft report you can use to dispute fraudulent accounts.
If fraudulent accounts or inquiries are already on your reports, we can help you organize the paperwork and dispute them with the bureaus and creditors.
After a storm
Hurricane season can mean lost income and surprise expenses. If a disaster affects your ability to pay, contact your lenders early. Ask what hardship options they offer and how the account will be reported to the credit bureaus, and get the answer in writing. Then check your reports afterward to make sure everything was reported the way you agreed. The CFPB's disaster and emergency guide is a good checklist.

How it works and what it costs
Your first consultation is free. Before you sign anything, you get our written disclosures and agreement. You can cancel without penalty within 3 business days under federal law and within 5 days under Florida law. Every fee is billed only after the work it covers is done: a one-time $99 audit fee after your first disputes are mailed, then $79/month (Basic) or $109/month (Full Service, includes Funding Readiness), billed after each month's work. See plan details.
We can't guarantee any particular result or score change. Accurate, current, and verifiable information can't be removed from your credit report. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information with the credit bureaus yourself, for free.
